Leser-Kommentare 1. Sie spiegeln nicht die Meinung der Redaktion wider. Sie waren einige Zeit inaktiv. Bloss: Hammond ist im Gegensatz zu Steiner tatsächlich kein Rennfahrer.
Weder in der Schweiz noch in Grossbritannien. Das habe eine Rücksprache mit dem britischen Motorsportverband gezeigt. Hammond war somit auch nicht berechtigt, am Rennen selbst teilzunehmen — der Unfall passierte im Rahmen des Showprogramms.
Für die Organisatoren hat das Ganze ein Nachspiel. Der Beschluss wurde am Dienstag gefällt. Namentlich gegen die Veranstalter, die Rennleitung und die Sportkommissare.
Wäre der Unfall beim Rennen passiert, wärs kein Problem gewesen. Trotzdem ist der Vereinspräsident zuversichtlich, dass das Verfahren keine schwerwiegenden Folgen für die Veranstaltung haben wird.
