The only thing we can do is boycott their products and post on Social Media. I have spent hours on the phone with Sony and their solution was for me to pay to fix it.

Antiquated software needs only upgrading and does not require Sony to fix the TV. The upgrade is free to download. Instructions provided for the download are also provided free and must be carefully followed.
The download does fix some problems but not that horrible Guide. In general I am satisfied with my Sony TV. I have multiple Sony products that perform well but often Sony software is a let down.
